The Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre is a fantastic new facility for the thousands of people living in the busy Green Square precinct.

We are encouraging people to walk, ride or take public transport to the centre when possible. It’s a 10-minute walk from Green Square train station.

For those wanting to drive, metered parking is now operational on Zetland Avenue adjacent to the centre.

Discounted parking is available in marked spaces for visitors using the pools, gym and fitness studios at the centre.

Pay by card at one of the meters and display your ticket. You can then claim your discount at a machine inside the centre using the same credit card, debit card or mobile wallet device used to pay for your ticket on Zetland Avenue. The claim needs to be completed within two hours of parking your car. You will receive a 40 per cent discount on the price of your ticket for a maximum period of two hours.

There are four free, untimed spaces allocated as mobility parking near the entrance to the centre on Zetland Avenue. Drivers with mobility parking permits can also legally park within any of the nearby two-hour ticket parking spaces in the street without charge and without time limit.
