Get ready to unleash your inner warrior at our BODYCOMBAT 100 release event! Gunyama Park will host a thrilling 90-minute BODYCOMBAT class, outdoors on the sports field to celebrate the milestone release of this high-energy fitness program.

We’ll be joined by special guests, including leading BODYCOMBAT presenters, as well as Sydney’s favourite instructors, ensuring you experience a workout to remember.

This event will be free and open to everyone to join in!

What is BODYCOMBAT

BODYCOMBAT is renowned for its explosive mix of martial arts and high-intensity cardio, delivering a full-body workout that will leave you feeling empowered and exhilarated. The special 90-minute session will take the intensity up a notch, offering an unforgettable experience that combines all the elements that have made BODYCOMBAT a global favourite.

Whether you’re a seasoned BODYCOMBAT enthusiast or new to the program, this event is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself and experience the energy of a larger-than-life class.

The class is designed to cater to all fitness levels, so bring your friends, family, or workout buddies along for a fun and dynamic session. Remember to wear comfortable workout gear, bring a water bottle, and get ready to sweat it out!

Celebrate 100 releases

After the class, we will be hosting a BBQ at Gunyama Park for a chance for all participants have some great food, fun, socialise and enjoy the community spirit!

  • 1. Registration

    Participants should register online through Eventbrite by 5:00pm Friday 13 September to ensure their spot.

    Places are limited to the first 100 registered participants.

    If space allows, late registrations may be accepted but cannot be guaranteed.

    2.
    Age Limitations

    The class is open to participants aged 16 years and over.

    Those aged between 12 and 15 years will need a parent or guardian to attend the class as well.


    3. Health and Safety:

    Non-members are required to complete a health declaration form prior to attending. This ensures that they do not have any major health issues that could be exacerbated by the workout.


    4. Attendance

    Participants should arrive at least 15 minutes before the class starts to check in.

    You can leave the class at any time as long as you are mindful of other participants.

    5.
    Bad Weather


    If bad weather prevents the class being held outdoors, the class will be moved to the Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation fitness centre.

    6. Cancellation

    If participants need to cancel, they should inform the centre as soon as possible so others on the waitlist can be accommodated.

    7.
    Liability

    Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own health and safety during the class and agree to follow the instructor’s guidance to prevent injury.


    8. Personal Items

    The centre is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

    Participants should keep valuables with them at all times or leave them at home.

    9.
    Photography

    By participating, attendees consent to having their image or video taken during the class, which may be used for promotional purposes.

    Please alert staff if you do not wish to have your image taken.
