Walking football offers a fun, social, small-sided and sustainable version of football modified for older Australians.

The sport focused on passing, rather than speed and running, and caters to those aged 50+.

National Walking Football programs are run in partnership with Football Federation Australia and Active Ageing Australia.

In line with Senior's Week 2022, Gunyama Park is launching it's very own walking football program.

8 week program

Meet new people, stay active and participate in a weekly program.
