We are excited to announce a brand new Yoga class tailored for both kids and parents to be held at Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre.

Held every Monday at 4:30pm and Sunday at 9:00am, this 30-minute session promises to be a refreshing addition to your weekly routine.

With a maximum of 16 participants per session, the class ensures an intimate setting, allowing for personalised attention and guidance from our experienced Yoga instructors.

What sets this class apart is its inclusivity – parents are not just welcome; their presence is a must.

Yoga is a fantastic way to connect with your child, fostering a sense of unity and well-being within the family. It's a beautiful opportunity to share the benefits of this ancient practice with the younger generation while spending quality time together.

Yoga offers a myriad of advantages for your little ones:

  • It promotes flexibility, strength, and balance,
  • It lays the foundation for a healthy lifestyle,
  • Yoga enhances concentration and focus, skills that can significantly benefit academic and social development,
  • The class incorporates fun and interactive elements, ensuring that children remain engaged while learning valuable techniques to manage stress and build resilience.

By participating in this class with your child, you not only support their well-being but also invest in your own health and happiness.

Please note this class is for kids aged between 4 and 10 years and a parent or guardian must participate as well. Each guardian or parent can bring up to 2 children to a class.

Don't miss this wonderful opportunity to promote harmony, health, and happiness between you and your children.
