Come and join Kids Yoga

We are excited to announce a brand new Yoga class tailored for both kids and parents to be held at Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre.

Starting Monday January 22 and continuing every Monday and Thursday at 5:30pm, as well as Sundays at 10:00am, this 30-minute session promises to be a refreshing addition to your weekly routine.

With a maximum of 16 participants per session, the class ensures an intimate setting, allowing for personalised attention and guidance from our experienced Yoga instructors.

What sets this class apart is its inclusivity – parents are not just welcome; their presence is a must.

Yoga is a fantastic way to connect with your child, fostering a sense of unity and well-being within the family. It's a beautiful opportunity to share the benefits of this ancient practice with the younger generation while spending quality time together.
