Our popular group fitness classes are a great way to build your strength, confidence and general well being. From low impact to cardio to yoga - we know you'll find something perfect for you.

    Using water resistance increases the intensity of any movement you make, helping increase strength, flexibility and your overall health.

  • Functional training

    Incorporate resistance training, aerobic and anaerobic exercises into your routine with our functional training classes.

    A wide range of fun and motivating classes to suit your health and fitness goals.

    Improve your strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness in our wellness classes.

FAQs

  • Our group fitness program is very popular, and booking ahead is important to secure your spot in the class.

    • We open up our class bookings 6 days in advance.
    • We understand life can get busy, if for some reason you cannot make your booked class please contact us so we can open up the booking for someone else.
    • If you don't show up for 2 classes in the same week, we will issue you with a warning.
    • If you don't show up for 3 classes in the same week, we reserve the right to suspend access to our Group Fitness facilities for 1 week.
    • For health and safety reasons, please do not enter the studio before your instructor marks your name off their attendance list.
    • Once the class has commenced, you will not be permitted to join.
